For Bamboo Reed Diffusers. Mix Diffuser Base with any Fragrance Oil. The industry fragrance load is 25% with 75% Reed Diffuser Base to fragrance, depending on how strong you want the throw to be.  

The Scented Nest Reed Diffuser Base offers increased volatility and faster wicking properties which enhances fragrance throw.  This base does not require a license or permit to store, handle or sell and has a high enough Flashpoint to ship non-hazardous.  Flash Point: 160° 

PLEASE NOTE:  Child proof caps must be used in cases where reed diffuser formulations have a higher hydrocarbon content of 10%.  Our base  IS NOT required to have child proof caps.  Please know that our reed diffuser base is compliant for both CPSC (Consumer Product Safety Commission) and the CARB (California Air Resource Board). 

The US Consumer Product Safety Commission has started enforcing "Child protective" and Warning label requirements for Reed Diffuser Marketers when the Hydrocarbon content is above 10%.  Again, the Scentednest.com Base meets all requirements and is well below the 10%!
