For Bamboo Reed Diffusers. Mix Diffuser Base with any Fragrance Oil. The industry fragrance load is 25% with75% Reed Diffuser Base to fragrance, depending on how strong you want the throw to be.  

The Scented Nest Reed Diffuser Base offers increased volatility and faster wicking properties which enhances fragrance throw.  This base does not require a license or permit to store, handle or sell and has a high enough Flashpoint to ship non-hazardous.  Flash Point: 160°
