Current Processing Schedule: 2 to 3 days depending on the volume of your order. Some products may take longer but we will always do our best to get your order shipped as soon as possible.
All products whether individually or created from the scentednest.com need to be thoroughly tested. The Scented Nest is not responsible for accidents that may occur with any products offered. It is you (the buyers) responsibility to test each product, including packaging materials.
Please do not ask for your order to be bumped up, orders are processed in the order they are received; this is not fair to other customers. To insure your order reaches you in a prompt manner, please place your order early and through our secure shopping cart.

No personal checks accepted
Due to some bad experiences we can no longer accept personal checks. We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or PayPal. If paying by PayPal please be advised that your payment must be cleared and completed with PayPal before your order will ship. This could add 2 to 14 additional days on to your order.
No Add-On orders accepted!
Before submitting your order, please check to make sure your order is complete! Any additions and/or changes made to your order are considered separate orders. Your order will be handled and billed accordingly, including the UPS charges for each order. This policy is in place because all orders are processed in real-time, meaning, as soon as you key the submit button in the shopping cart, your order has been processed and is ready to pack as stated on your invoice. If ordering online, please print a copy of your invoice. An invoice is also sent with each order. Please keep these for your bookkeeping and tax records. The scentednest.com charges a $10 charge for invoice record recovery (per document charge).
SHIPPING
The Scented Nest ships all orders using UPS. Shipping rates are based on the actual weight of the package and destination. Standard time for orders shipped UPS ground is 5-10 business days. All (including Next Day Air) orders have a processing of 2 to 3 business days. This means if you place your order on Monday your order will ship out Wednesday. If you need your order sooner you will need to choose a faster mode of UPS shipping as there is a 2 to 3 business day processing schedule for all orders. All packages leave the Scented Nest warehouse in top condition. If your package has any signs of damage, breakage, and/or leakage, call UPS at 1-800-742-5877. Report the problem to UPS immediately. UPS will then contact us to resolve the issue.
Once orders are shipped from our warehouse, we do not maintain control over packages and cannot guarantee shipping arrival dates by a postal carrier or the condition of the package and the materials contained within. The Scented Nest is not responsible for any import tariffs or duties on international orders as those are the customers responsibility.
NOTICE: We estimate shipping cost at the time of purchase. Obviously your shipping for larger items will cost more. We will send you an invoice for the extra shipping fee (if there is one) once we have packaged your items so we will know the exact weight. We charge EXACT SHIPPING cost using UPS or USPS. We pass the savings on to you, our customers! By purchasing products from our web site (www.scentednest.com) you agree to these terms. Shipping prices are for USA. All Shipping Fees are nonrefundable! By placing an order with our company you are agreeing to these terms.
WARRANTIES
The Scented Nest makes no expressed or implied warranty or guarantee as to the use or end result of the products being sold. It is the users responsibility to test all products, this includes packaging materials. Customers should purchase and test small quantities to ensure products meet their individual specifications. Customers have five days from the date of received order to contact scentednest.com with any problems or concerns regarding that order or its contents.
RETURNS
All Sales Are Final! Due to safety and quality control concerns, the Scented Nest does not accept returns on any product. All products are available individually or in small quantities. It is suggested if ordering a new product, please order a small quantity to insure that it meets your specific needs. It the event a return is approved on jars or lids, a $50 restock fee is required.
PRIVACY STATEMENT
The Scented Nest collects personal financial and contact information to use for the purpose of order processing only. We will NEVER allow this information to be sold or shared. We reserve the right to refuse service to any party at any time.
PICK UP POLICY
No Pickups. The Scented Nest is an internet-based business and does not have a store front or retail outlet. All orders are shipped using UPS ground shipping. Orders may be submitted via our internet shopping cart 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
